How do you treat?

Dr. Clarke uses an integrative approach to therapy to create a customized treatment plan based on your goals, life experience, and symptoms. Dr. Clarke relies on a variety of evidence based treatments, including:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Mindful Self-Compassion

  • Positive Psychology

Dr. Clarke treats her clients with compassion and kindness, and she likes to infuse sessions with mindfulness (and when appropriate, humor!)
